This lamp has the name “Payung” which in Bahasa means “Umbrella”. In fact, the shape of this lamp resembles a stylized umbrella. A shape that integrates perfectly into every room of your home.
Our handcrafted lamps are rigorously examined piece by piece during quality control. We select only those of the highest excellence for shipping. However, occasionally a small, barely visible imperfection may occur due to the handmade nature of our product. We consider this an Artisan characteristic that makes the product unique.

Shipping & Delivery
FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
For orders exceeding US$ 400.00 (or the equivalent in other currencies) we provide ‘free shipping.’ For orders under US$ 400.00, we offer a flat shipping fee of US$ 100.00 for all destinations.
We ship worldwide from our hub in Bali via DHL or UPS. For wholesale orders, we ship via cargo.
Please note: Delivery times do not include the processing time of our product, which varies depending on quantities
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
Should you consider an item damaged or faulty upon delivery, please contact us at info@animasoulight.com as soon as you receive it to discuss a return or replacement. Alternatively, please photograph the packaging & damaged goods and email the images to us so we may contact the courier and make a claim on your behalf.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
EXPRESS DELIVERY: Shipping time is 10-15 days using DHL or UPS for all international destinations. (Extra costs may apply).
STANDARD DELIVERY: Items indicated as ‘in stock,’ normally take 2-3 weeks delivery time; items indicated ‘to order’ usually take 6-8 weeks depending on the quantity ordered. If you require a specific delivery date, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will endeavor to accommodate your request.
We always strive to process your order as expeditiously & efficiently as possible. Tracking details are provided once your purchase is shipped. For wholesale orders, delivery times vary in relation to the quantity. We will communicate this information to you for your approval before the order is accepted.
Orders for items ‘in stock’ are processed & sent within 1-4 days. For orders containing 1 or more items not ‘in stock,’ we will hold off shipping until the full order is completed.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Deliveries are generally made during normal workdays and hours and may require a signature. For this reason, kindly provide us a secure address where someone is available to sign. In the event no one is available to sign, a card will be left with instructions for ‘redelivery.’
Shipping is charged at cost as it appears on your order. International shipments occasionally take longer than expected; goods may be held up in customs or delayed during the handover from one country to another.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct. We do not take responsibility for undelivered or delayed shipments due to address errors. Kindly provide a contact name & telephone number for whomever will receive your shipment.
Our deliveries are fully insured. If your pendant is damaged in transit or does not arrive, please contact us immediately at info@animasoulight.com and we will be happy to make a claim on your behalf.
IMPORT TAX & DUTY
Please note: Shipping costs do not include import tax, customs & import duties. Such fees and charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and may vary from country to country. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please check with your local customs agency. In accordance with export regulations we are required to declare the correct value on all items. Relevant charges will be billed directly to you from the customs office of the destination country. We are unable to inform you what these charges will be as they vary from country to country.
RETURNS
It is important to us you are happy with your purchase. If you do not wish to keep your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for store credit or an exchange, your choice. However, the customer must pay shipping costs. Contact us at info@animasoulight.com
Orders of lamps in special colors; made exclusively for the customer, are not included in our store credit & exchange policy.
All our products are handcrafted so there may be slight differences between each piece. This is the nature of handmade and as such, is not considered a defect. Height measurements are the most variable.
Installation
All our lamps are delivered INCLUDING all the electrical components necessary for installation, except the light bulb. We also supply a standard 3mt long electrical cable for installation to the existing electrical system. Just in case, we recommend using a transparent electrical cable to avoid too much contrast with our ornamental creations.
For installation, a qualified electrician is advisable.
After you unpack & hang your Anima Soulight lamp, place both hands, one on each side, and pull down hard to stretch the crochet back to its original shape. Repeat this process several times.
Ubud, Payung & Agung
In the package you will find the type of bulb recommended for each model. Anyway, the bulb should be positioned at the widest point of the pendant. Use an E27 LED bulb with warm light (2000/3000K). We advise against an incandescent bulb as it emits too much heat and, over time, may harm the fibers of the twine.

Cleaning & Maintenance
A little loving care goes a long way in preserving the condition & appearance of our creations. Our lamps are intended for indoor & outdoor display. However, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and
atmospheric agents may compromise the longevity & colour of the satin twine.
Cleaning & maintaining your Anima Soulight lamp is easy. The satin twine is a smooth texture and will not collect dust too rapidly. We recommend using a vacuum furniture nozzle or a damp cloth.
The lamp can also be safely immersed in soapy water after removing the electrical components.
Immerse up to thirty minutes in warm soapy water, opening & closing the lamp like an accordion to ensure complete removal of dirt both inside & out. Rinse and hang to dry. Reassemble the electrical components and your Anima Soulight lamp will be as good as new!
Please note: If your location has particularly hard water, we suggest you use demineralized water for this process.
